| how I got here...

I am one of those people that just can’t sit still. I like doing things. I like developing a plan and executing it. I like to solve problems, and I am good at figuring things out. But don’t misunderstand me. I am not one of those people that tries to sell themselves as well rounded, a jack of all trades, or a Renaissance man. I am good at getting things done. I have a great ability to execute and perform. I know my strengths, and I work very hard to develop them. I know my weaknesses and I work very hard not to develop them. No one hires you for your weaknesses. I am a manager…plain and simple. I do not manage because I crave authority. I manage because I love to enable others to achieve something they may not have achieved otherwise. And I love my job. I created my companies because I saw a way I could serve people, and management just happens to be the tool I use. You provide the vision and I provide a way to achieve it.
